Expert and professional team of individuals for all the premium cars. Specifically german cars. Rates are also economical and now the plus point they are going to start their bodyshop soon as being a customer we don't want to go here and there for bodyshop services. They deliver cars on commited date and time. Clean and presentable workshop with huge parking space and wheelchair accessible sitting area. Rating 9/10.

First of all, have to begin with the staffs. Excellent staff, very polite and gives an ear to all your concerns. Very clean workshop.

Got my service done for my honda civic and got it done. Showed me what other problems were there in my vehicle and gave an estimated too( which i can choose whether to have it done or not)

Got a car wash that was spotless..i am usually unsatisfied with the car wash after service as it isnt up to the mark most of the time. But here i was extremely happy .

5 star for customer interaction, hygeine and extremely affordable labour costs.

Brilliant team -thoroughly professional & honest. I've used MANY garages for my Cayenne and my wife's Cadillac. The folks at Naoki are among the better ones in Dubai. Sayuj & the manager Bashir are very helpful and will find a way to get your car issues solved at a reasonable cost & time. Highly recommend!

I was assisted by Mr. Sayooj at Naoki Motors. He’s very proactive, trustworthy, and gives regular updates regarding my vehicle. Sayooj also made sure to give precise details about what needs to be done to my car & also provided me with alternative solutions.

The team at Naoki Motors are hardworking and are very keen to make sure that the vehicle is ready on time and go the extra mile if need. The two receptionists are also very kind and always make sure to offer cold/hot beverages.

As a female and out of many failed experiences with garages, it’s incredibly challenging to find a place that is both reliable and transparent when it comes to what needs to be done. Overall, I was satisfied with the outcome of the service they provided.

I had a problem with my jeep and went to offroad zone to check and they failed to find the problem, then I went to Naoki and Sayooj inspected the car properly and found the problem, they fixed it quickly and now my car is in perfect condition, I surely will go back instead of so called " jeep experts " which charge you a lot for nothing, in Naoki you will find and excellent job, very professional staff, reliable place and good communication. Totally recommend!

The fact that their technicians are well trained and experienced gave me confidence that they are specialists and therefore I felt secure that my car was in professional hands.

The workshop is spotless and immaculate.

Customer care: Their custome care manager Sarooj was most professional, constantly kept me up to date as to what the dignostics indicated, what needed to be done, what did nott have to be done now, asking for my approval to continue etc. Also had follow ip call the next day to make sure I am happy with my car etc.
I highly recommend Naioki Motors!
