Book and paid for a taxi Friday morning for the following Saturday night. Called them at midnight to check if they were coming and they said ‘he’s on his way’. Waited another 10 minutes, called again and they said they had no booking. They then said I’d have to wait another 1hr 15 for the next taxi, to which I said yes to. Then I get a text to say they’ve refunded me? They then ignored my calls and messages. Totally disgusting! Leaving us completely stranded! The fact that this wasn’t even a last minute booking and I’d booked it the day prior makes it even worse! I’d give 0 stars if I could

V Cabs driver Kevin is SIMPLY THE BEST. Reliable friendly caring and kind. He collected my very elderly dad to take him lunch daily and had such a wonderful rapport with dad.
I cannot praise him highly enough.

Booked a taxi for 10:50 and waited by my door from 10:45, rang when they were 7 minutes late. They said the taxi had been there "5-6 minutes" but it wasn't here any time from 10:45. Woman was rude on the phone and seemed to just want to argue with me so I had to hang up to book someone else. Extremely unprofessional and I'm now late to work because of this!
