I had 2 reared in 4 months

Garage 1 did the repair for first accident, and I regret going to them.

Garage 2 (Nasir khalaji Auto Maint.. Al quoz)
did the repair for the second accident, and they have done an EXCELLENT job.

BOTH THE GARAGES WERE REFERRED BY MY INSURANCE.

An absolutely horrible service, they will destroy the car and never admit! I took the car in after a recommendation for a routine service, and what a mistake we did!!! It then lead from one thing to another, reached home, trying to park couldn't put car in reverse!!!! It was stuck. Took it back to them, they did something with the gear but wasn't clear. Arrived home, next day I want to reverse out of the parking, the car is making a severe scratching sound as I turn, and a huge rattling sound from underneath. Sent them the sound files then I took it back to them, they said couldn't hear anything!! So I went back and got them to get in the car with me, and they immediately heard it! Left it with them to fix, they called me back to tell me this is a 3000aed problem they need to fix, a problem that never existed before I took it to them!!!!!! When I told them I will raise a complaint, they fixed the screeching sound, but the severe rattling is still there, after so much back and forth the sound now got worse its clear in the sound recordings, I sent them the sound files so I can bring it in again as it's their fault this happened, they stopped answering. So after so much back and forth over a month the ratting is worse I was warned about them before, but bcz my insurance recommended them I went there. What a BIG mistake, in all my years my car was excellent never caused an issue. I wish I can upload the sound files. I will be taking this further.

Neat & dealing in professional way , AxA insurance sent me there for 2 times to repair & paint small accidents.
They did very good job , a painting was Ok , no visible difference with the original paint.
