The most tasteful and delicious meal I had in Dubai . Smile goes a long way and this restaurant showed such great customer service.. thank you for a great kalle pache , tea , coffee , bread and more ????????

The entertainment is very good but the Shisha and Shisha service is very bad also very expensive 55AED even on the weekdays. They are the only one who charges 20AED extra for only music written in the bill separately. I liked the place but the service needs to be improved.

Are food not bad there like a street place restaurant but hospitality not good ,at evening time yesterday when we was sitting there without requesting the bill are bring it to us and they force us to pay.. very bad hospitality. Are reasion they said have shift change it and we was still eating our dinner .. like they force us to pay then to leave from there ..

As from the 10th July the collect office is not open on a Sunday. The only day I can collect my parcels. BLOODY useless, Royal mail, more like Adopted mail

Print In-Store Label machine was broken at a distribution centre of all places. Walk to customer service desk was very dirty. Only redeeming factor was that staff were friendly and helpful.

Things stuck there for weeks, never delivered. Called to ask, they said i can't come and pick up myself. Had to cancel the order. Absolutely useless, terrible service, rude people. Zero stars

I'd give 0 if I could. Waste of time, use a courier or another delivery service. 2 parcels in w weeks lost and I only sent 2. Both were signed for, both included a laptop and mobile phone. Funny how expensive tech goes missing but letters get delivered. Absolute thieves and won't compensate. Loss of data, loss of equipment. Customer service slcilouldnt care less, people in depot laughed and bantered and couldn't care less. They are a joke organization that should have shut down 10 years ago and im going to dedicate my life to finishing royal mail and it's joke of a work force. Absolutely appalling, I hope they go under.

Communication was poor. I parked and walked all the way to the parcel office to find that it was closed due to industrial action. A notice at the road entrance would have been far better and saved a lot of hassle

Dont receive post. Waiting for letter that was posted 11 days ago. Still not received. No postman in Audley Avenue Tonbridge. Disgusting.

I had an order which took two weeks to reach me. Instead of leaving in a safe place, a card was left with a promise to redeliver. I phoned about 5 separate times and had to leave a message each time asking for the (small) parcel to be left in my safe place. Still waiting two weeks later. Contacted the supplier, they said the post person had tried to deliver twice and I was out???? It was at the depot to collect. I went to collect (12 mile round trip). When I got there I was told it has been returned to sender! Hello, did communication ever enter the equation? Absolutely rubbish service.
