I went to another Garage and I showed them the list what the National Garage Did. Imagine my surprise, the parts they claimed that was original and brand new was either used or not changed at all.
Now am selling that same car at a loss. Take note that the car is not even worth 15k in a good condition.
If you don’t believe me. Bring your car there for whatever repair you have. If they said that the cost of the repair will be above 3k. That means they are ripping you off.
I cannot even trust to bring my car back to National Garage ever again even if they asked to fix the problems I have highlighted free of cost after this post.
P.S if It was possible to not even give a star I would. One star seems abit too much even for them.

I had a very disappointing experience with this car garage company, and would not recommend their services to anyone. From the very beginning, their customer service was poor, with long wait times and unresponsive staff. When I finally brought my car in for repairs, I was shocked at the lack of professionalism and attention to detail. The mechanics seemed untrained and inexperienced, and I noticed several mistakes in their work that they had to go back and correct.
Furthermore, I was charged an exorbitant amount for the repairs, which were not even done correctly. When I tried to contact the company to address my concerns and request a refund, I was met with hostility and resistance. The staff seemed disinterested in my complaints, and refused to take any responsibility for their mistakes.
Overall, I had an extremely negative experience with this car garage company, and would advise anyone looking for reliable and professional car repairs to look elsewhere.

1. They didn’t inform me about the labour charges upfront until they open my car, once they open the car and start work and then say they will charge ex amount which turned out to be very expensive compared to other garages but you don’t have any other options left other than agree for it as the car is already open, if you negotiate he will ask you to pay half and take the car to outside garage which obviously no one will do!! The only justification he will give for the over price and so called professional service is that his service is not like how Bangladesh, Indian and Pakistani mechanics do but believe me they do much better than this mechanic for less than half price!!
2. Don’t agree with him to buy the spare parts, always get the spare parts by yourself as they are charging more for all the spare parts, in my case I was told AED 835 for some spare parts and same spare parts I was able to get it for AED 650, ( Original ).
3.Improper diagnosis- we were told that there is some issues with Clutch and later after fixing the issue they will say there is something else which needs to be fixed for that they will charge separate labour charge , my question if the diagnosis was done at the first step they could have avoided repeating the same work again, I understand if it is not related to original issue, but it is!!!
4. Same issue is repeating after few months which means incompetent technicians.
Bottom line is just be careful and make sure you ask the labour charge before they touch your car and get spare parts by yourself yo save a lot of money and don’t expect a professional services.

I had the displeasure of dealing with Mr. Patrick, and I have to say that he was extremely rude and unprofessional. From the very beginning, he was dismissive and condescending towards me, making me feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. His behavior was completely unacceptable and left me feeling upset and frustrated.
What's more, Mr. Patrick's work was of a very poor quality, and I found myself having to redo the work myself after he had supposedly finished. When I raised my concerns with him, he became defensive and argumentative, refusing to take any responsibility for his mistakes.
Overall, my experience with Mr. Patrick was extremely negative, and I would advise anyone to avoid dealing with him. His poor attitude and lack of skill make him a liability to any business.

When I visited them first time they didn't informed me any hidden labor charges to me. After completing my work they suddenly pop up with their hidden labor charges. Despite I paid them full amount, Unfortunately they fail to fix my car engine issue on first go.
When I Visited them 2nd time because of their failure to fix my engine issue they were again asking me to pay their labor charges.
Worst garage I ever visited in my entire life.
Will Never recommend any one to visit this garage to save your valuable money and time.
