Worst service no response. I ordered some products on 2nd April 2023, but not delivered yet. They are not responding on wtsapp given no. as well.

Commendable quality combined with value for money and efficient service of staff makes it a must go-to destination for all my culinary needs. The Indian spices specially are worthy of mention because of their hygiene, aroma, quality and variety. I had recently ordered lentils and other pulses from nature’s spice and i must commend the quality as well the price offered were amazing. And if the products were missed they handed the free delivery as well. Which is commendable. So would definately order and recommend them again. ☺️

Very very bad and poor service. I order online for Millet 45 kg. they message me you have to pay 20 Dhs. extra for delivery. with that price i can buy from anywhere. so the representative on what's app told me they will deliver without delivery charges. and i said fine. after waiting for 3 days message them and ask about the delivery status he said you can buy from somewhere else we cant deliver without charges. i don't recommend this Shop. then i order from falcon fresh. with lesser price and quick delivery. as proof i am attaching my conversation with the representative on what's app.
That's great sir thanks for your answer. my problem was not you are charging 20 Dhs. extra. see my screenshot. you will know your representative told me after 3 days that you order somewhere else. if you told me at the same time it does happen. every company has its own policy and i am also from the market i know all these tricks very well. you can not hide behind your worlds sir.any how you have a poor service i will not recommend you to anyone.

The spices r fresh n aromatic, nuts are very crunchies very reasonable prices on all spice's and food stuff. I really like the location where it is located as there were no other natural spice's shop in Al Nahada before. Very good and friendly attenders. Fast home delivery.

The spices are amazing, we had ordered spices and pulses multiple time from them and it was always of good quality and the delivery was always on time. We had recently ordered chikki and ravedi, the taste was amazing. They also sell soyabean chapps which is very rare in Dubai, and they were amazing in quality. The things bought from there have always been beyond our expectations.

Shopping takes an altogether different meaning at this outlet of Natural Spices. It is a perfect amalgamation of hygiene, affordable prices and the availability of the rarest of spices. The bright and attractive display which is truly eye-catching and commendable along with the helpful attendants made my shopping experience a truly memorable one. It is definitely a one-man army for my kitchen needs and covered all our needs under one roof. Just what was needed in this area since a very long time indeed.
