I have an excellent eyebrows because of the wonderful microblading, and the massage plus the owner is such perfections on her craft, so kind and welcoming.

I, and my family and friends, have been going to this salon for Eyelashes service for the past 2 years. However, any time, any of one us cancels an appointment, due to an urgent situation, including getting sick, the business owner Julia blocks our number, as well as our social media accounts. Julia has blocked over 8 women that I know. It is unethical and petty as a business owner to block a person because they rescheduled or cancelled, despite being a loyal customer for years. Its very obnoxious and rude, and not to mention unprofessional.

I made an appointment to do my lashes however half through the day I started to feel sick so I asked to postpone my appointment to the next day and Julia who is the owner blocked me from what’s app and from instagram. Her behavior is extremely childish and unprofessional. I have been going to get my lashes done with the salon for years now, and this is not the first time that I have heard from other customers that she blocks them. A business like hers will never succeed due to her child like behavior and how she treats her customers.

I haven t expected such a detailed course of beauty which u chose.I ll give recommendation to all my friends and come back to Dubai in 1 year to advance with u again after my year practical.
