i was looking for specific product but it wasn't their brand but the garlic hair mask is amazing with perfect price list specially during sale days

My experience visiting Oasis mall and sheikh zayad branch was very bad. The staff there is not at all helpful if we want suggestions from them but they don't give nor they help in providing you one, I had the same experience while visiting in Oasis branch like I had in shaikh zayad road branch. I thought that nazih kept well trained staff so they can suggest customers if they ask to suggest them for any product as I ask some hair color suggestion but both time the staff which was philpino national ignored and showed no attention and kept their attitudes as they are irritated. Nazih has good products that's why I gave only 1 star, but the management must take action to put those who deserve this position with good knowledge and product training so that customers can get help from professionals

Very Rude Staff and Selling defective devices ,first time around we got cheated saying we had no bill of proof now within 14 days second purchase same items and sending for maintenance ,very low quality products ,Not the Nazih we Trusted before.

Very bad experience. The customer executive lady does not have knowledge about the product at all and gave me wrong product instead which is of no use for me and AED 54 has been wasted.
