came in here with my sister for a mani (gel) and pedicure (regular). I had an amazing experience. Salon itself very clean and very comfortable and the service was absolutely amazing and quick and efficient. My nails look perfecr. I am especially happy with my hands. Nin was awesome, she made my nails look exactly like what I had in my mind, so pleasantly surprised with the outcome!!

The worst express eyelash extension i ever had! The result was very disappointing, lashes were on my skin and it looked dirty. The technician had to take out some of the lashes out but still it looked messy and the manual removal was painful. The salon manager agreed. They offered to take it out after wasting my time, unfortunately i was in a hurry to catch a flight. To my surprise they still made me pay and offered me 20% discount which i really did not cared anymore as i was already very frustrated and in hurry. I paid and left in the end. I'll just have to have this lashes removed when we reach our destination. What a waste of money. I did not expected such service and treatment from a well known salon in Grosvenor Luxury Hotel. Very disappointing and will definitely share my experience to every lady I know. It's such as shame.

This place is such a gem! Reeta is so good and efficient at waxing, and so nice! I also got a nice pedicure, and they have a great selection of products including Routine natural deodorant, Seche Vite top coat, and Kerastasse hair products. I was able to pick up a few things I was planning to order online. So clean and professional. Highly recommend!

Updating to 4 stars (from 5) due to hit or miss customer service over the past few months. My visit today was much better than the last couple, so maybe they reviewed the feedback I left.

A really nice experience in a clean and classy salon. Joyce (pedicure) and Lily (manicure) took such good care of me and executed my wishes perfectly. Highly recommended!

Lily and Mia are the best here in the Grosvenor House. I had my pedicure lately and eyebrow threading. The ambiance is always the same. Relaxing and rejuvenating. Can't wait to come back.
