Horrible banking experience in terms of waiting time.. there are more than 20 customers standing in the que without enough seating attangements and there is only kne counter for the service !!!!!!!!!!

THE most awful, utterly pathetic bank EVER I have visited,,, there is NO system such as queue despite there is machine for it, racism is priority in this bank.....

The worst bank in the UAE, bad services and they are taking long time to finish our work. Never ever think to open any account with them.
