Located at a junction is always an advantage esp when there is a metro station and a Bus stand adjacent to however store is not in a position to to do so. Store layout is quite cramp and you may not take baby stroller inside. Things are not well organized. Bakery section although offer various selection however not all food are great. I order for a wrap and it was completely a messed up wrap. Staff need to be more helpful.
Parking space on opposite side. Also easy point for standard branded products like Juice, cold drinks, tobaco etc.

Convenient location for people in the area. Good variety of products, including household products. Bakery has good selection. The store also has different deals on a weekly basis.

It is accessible and convenient especially those who lives near the store plus they have Filipino products. However, what I really don't like is the rudeness of employees especially those who are in the counters! Next time treat your customers in a proper way and communication.

Very bad staff .. especially the Philippino girl who's atbthe cashier no respect to the customers .. soo many people have reviewed against her but no one seems to care

Rude cashier filipina she don't know how to respect and she always tension and so bad attitude . The management need to teach her how to deal good with any customer .

Arrogant and non professional staffs. Near Salah Al Din Metro station. I bought some stuffs and was going out from the store, one guy addressed him as the Manager stopped me and started shouting at me unnecessarily. Reason was a man who look alike me went out without closing the door which i dont have a clue about it. Felt so embarrassed as people started staring at me. Atleast he should have asked me before yelling at me.

And that was my last purchase from them. Guys beware of this rude behaviour and prepare your mindset before stepping into that Supermarket unless/otherwise you will be embarrassed for sure.

Poor customer service at all, arrogant and unethical in talking to phone. The lady named Lauren should be trained in handling telecom calls / order taking. Management should take a look at it considering on how the reviews has been posted here.
