Stunning view, I believe there is no other better place to see Burj Khalifa and fountains show at evening.
Perfect service, nice design, very good prepared classic cocktails that are not in the menu.
But the food I’d expect to be more exquisite according to prices.

my favorite bar in the Downtown area with spectacular view of Burj Khalifa. friendly staff, valet parking, ladies night and happy hour menu.
a bit tricky to get there but worth it.
food is 3/5 but after all it’s a bar not a restaurant.
i’d strongly recommend to visit Neos if you want to enjoy the city from above.
hope they’ll work on DJs.

Stunning view good food and very good drinks. A pearl in the heart of downtown! A must visit place were you can enjoy a very nice sunset looking at the burj Khalifa and the fountain show from the top... Strongly recommend!!

A must visit place to see fountain Dance and sunset in Dubai! Drinks and food are very good. Happy hour on drinks only is daily from 5-8pm. (Champagne not included) service was fast and very friendly.
Despite being empty window seats were not offered.

Great view of the Burj. Nice music and atmosphere. Drinks were well made. Service was subpar.

Had to approach a different person to serve me each time I wanted something. Nobody ever came by to take my order or check on me. Had to walk up to somebody to order each of my drinks and get my check.

Would liked to have ordered food but never received a food menu. perhaps their kitchen was closed, but either way I ended up leaving before I had planned to get food and service elsewhere

It's a quest (maze) to reach, as you need 3 different elevators and some walking in between to reach, but totally worth it. Even after 5 years in the country I was amazed of the view. Went after sunset and it was really nice, beautiful amazing view of Burj Khalifa and the Dubai mall fountains, first time to see them very clear and nice (although silent) like this. Happy hour benefits are really good. Seating is good wherever you're, music and DJ is good.. Nothing to complain... And moreover they serve nice nuts and chips free to charge. Didn't try the burger sliders, but I heard they're good. Must visit.

Beautiful place, with stunning views of downtown Dubai and Burj Khalifa.

It’s a bit of a hustle to get there, about two different elevators just to reach but worth it. DJ Cboy was playing (primarily the reason we had gone as my friend and I were in the mood for some Afrobeats) and he definitely delivered.

The food was good and so was the wine ! Quite pricey though
