What an absolute delight! We had visitors coming to Dubai for the first time and we wanted to impress them with an awesome party. It's my second time renting Neptune's Yachts and always impressed. The young owners are highly accommodating and were able to cater to all our requests - food, drinks, itinerary, timings - within reasonable costs. Their sound system is high-quality and the music mix is fantastic. All our guests had a great time, we danced, swam, laughed, and we're looking forward to our next party with them. I highly recommend this cruise line for celebrations or just having a relaxing romantic time out.

One of my best yacht experience in Dubai .I had attended new year party watermelon have organised in Neptune.Staff's are incredibly helpful .When other companies are providing cheap food and Drinks in these kind of parties I am impressed how neptune is making sure they are providing quality food and beverages. Owners are so friendly and I have seen them personally checking with customers if they need help with anything.

*THIS IS THE WORST yacht rental/CRUISE COMPANY:
Do not board even for free as the Owner & his crew are BLATANTLY RUDE & OBNOXIOUS.
*I took a 10 pm cruise across Dubai harbor this month where there the crew had the audacity to SNARL & TELL ME TO GO BACK TO *THE MARINA when I asked for some finger food. It was COLD & STALE. The staff were disorganized and their excuse was “All the food was finished from prior 7pm cruise)
*The Italians were disrespectful to WOMEN & HAD THE NERVE TO TAKE MY VIDEO when I voiced my concern.
*Several guest and I had to leave midway with a private water taxi as the staff and owner on board were NASTY & DRUNK.

Great Service. I hosted a group of friends for a cruise around the marina with bbq dinner. Everyone had a lovely time and the scenery was perfect.

Amazing team. I have used their service couple of times for family and friends get togethers. Very professional and well organized team. Totally recommend them.
