I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the customer service I received during my recent visit to your Arjan branch near Geepas.

Upon visiting the vegetable area, I encountered an unpleasant experience with the lady assigned to handle the scale and label for tag prices. I had made a conscious effort to minimize the usage of plastic by placing all my vegetables in a single plastic bag. However, she expressed her disapproval upon seeing this and insisted on separating the vegetables while hastily dashing the items. Despite my explanation that I was prepared to have only one plastic bag and have the corresponding tag prices for each item, she continued to disregard my request.

Not only did this interaction leave me dissatisfied, but it also caused delays in her attending to other customers, despite there being no queue at the time. The overall experience left a negative impression on me and significantly impacted my perception of your establishment.

As a loyal customer, I have always appreciated the level of service and quality provided by your branch. However, this particular incident has led me to question the standards of customer service upheld at your establishment. I believe it is essential for you to be aware of such incidents that can tarnish the reputation you have worked hard to build.

Just taking advantage of the location and looting the residents of Geepas Tower and nearby buildings. Low quality products. Rotten fruits and vegetables and even found expired items. Further many daily use products are always out of stock. Andddd they closed the door of Geepas Tower residents to save their staff cost who sits at that counter.. Super businessman!!!

Pathetic staff at the cashier .. very disrespectful and un helpful ..: couldn’t even give a tissue for emergency and asked me to buy for 2 aed … the cashier Sabina are pathetic
And rude being a women she couldn’t help another women .. such kind of staff shldnt be ther .. ppl lik this are also existing in dubai .. sad to knw.. Bcz of these ppl other helpful staff name will also get spoilt ..

Very nice place for budget friendly items. Their prices are best in all arjan area. Just need to increase variety for frozen items . Parking is an issue though. And usually only one counter working. So becomes crowded

Very bad products. I brought chicken breast two times and both times it was bad quality. Very bad smell and thrown it away. Brought bread and it was infected with fungus. Brought chicken roll and very bad taste. Try to complaint by sending email to provided email id but delivery failed.. very bad experience.

Parking is biggest issue. This is a small Nesto so all products are not available all the time. Fish is not too fresh n available only on small quantities. By evening no fish
