This is my 6th time I book with New Arabian Holidays and every time they deliver the best service. The best agency for short term rentals. All the employees are very professional and they try their best to make your stay most enjoyable.

Think many, many times before working with New Arabian Holiday Homes.
I rented a flat via short-term rent. During the high season the price was incredibly high (AED 15k/month for one bedroom apartments in Greens) but I had no choice at that time.

After 5 months I sent the notice that I want to shorten 6 month contact by 2 weeks to save money and cancel the prolongation of the contract for 6 more months. Talked to them (in particular, to Sambit) many times. Even thought they overcharge you so much (1 bedroom now can be rented for AED 9k/month also with the monthly payment term) they didn't agree to shortening the term for even 2 weeks.

All in all, there is no fraud, but attitude to clients is so-so. Considering this, I certainly don't recommend to work with Arabian Holiday Homes. Better look for someone else, it will save you much money.

Very good service, good ambience,clean apartments as promised, Ms Priya helped a lot for everything I needed there, and all staff are good and co-operative.
Totally recommended to all ..

Everything was fine this company. Seriously they try to help for everything so me and my wife was very relaxed at this house . Thank you very much for support ????????????????

The team has been very supportive and helpful during the checkin process as we requested an early checkin
The studio is berry good and clean very well located with huge terrace

A special thank you for Priya who was extremely helpful and responding to our 5am call as we had an emergency (closed the door and forgot the card inside) she was fantastic finding solutions and helpful

i had a really bad experience, the smell was bad, no tissues at all, room lights isn’t working, really weak internet and bad tv. Check in process takes a really long time and wasted our time and not giving enough time for the check out. The only good thing about this apartment is the view.

Customer service and team of company not professional one month I try to ask him to got my invoice no one send it after I leave the apartment they close WhatsApp group and no one answer me
