Avoid at all costs. My friend and I were picked up from a friend's wedding last night. The driver insisted that we direct him to our BnB using our phones despite him having an obviously functioning phone himself and us not having any signal. When we turned the wrong way out of the venue (due to having no signal), the driver was clearly irritated and proceeded to drive like an absolute lunatic down the single track country lanes. He kept asking us whether we were nearly there despite us obviously not being familiar with the area. We ended up getting dropped off in the middle of a county road a village over from where we were staying and had to walk (in heels) as two girls on our own 30 minutes back to our accommodation in the pitch black down country lanes. We felt safer doing that than remaining in the car with a driver who was becoming increasingly erratic. That says it all really. To add insult to injury, we had to pay £29 for the pleasure. The driver also started saying his meter was not working, clearly attempting to overcharge despite us having agreed a fixed fee when booking. Absolutely horrendous. The drivers need to be vetted to avoid this (and worse) happening to anyone else.

We, a group of 7 persons called at 7 AM and ordered 2 taxis for 8:15. At 8:20, taxis were not there, we called again and were told taxis were on the way. Same thing at 8:30. Only at 8:40 we got an answer that there would be no taxis coming. Nearly missed the train and the flight.

Bad unreliable Service… preordered Taxis at 7am for 8:15 to get a train connection. Taxis didn’t show up. Upon calling multiple times concerning the status I received feedback that the taxis were “on their way”, then “still searched, it there in a few min”, finally “ not available”…

Aweful. Don't use. Unreliable. Booked a taxi to go to Chippenham to get my National Express coach on 7 July. I reconfirmed the night before. 10mins before the taxi was due they called and texted me to say the taxi was cancelled. Aweful

This is the second time i have used this service and they just haven't shown up - this recent time, after not receiving a pre-payment link, the taxi was cancelled, and then after securing payment, the second taxi they sent never arrived. I then called another taxi service (SA taxi chippenham) and they arrived promptly.

Atrocious service and customer service - ordered a cab, estimated fare £9-10. When the cab arrived, driver did not even attempt to assist with my luggage, then upon drop off, he said "please take your bags so that I don't drive off with them" he then charged me £12. Upon calling company, they said I must make a complaint via their website. The girl in the office on the phone was rude and disinterested to resolve. I will post here once per week unless my call and compensation is resolved swiftly.

My 21year old daughter was left stranded at work at 0144 in the morning. She was told a taxi was on its way from Corsham and then had a call to say they had to cancel her and nothing available until 0600!
This is an unsafe service and has left a young women in a venerable position when relying on a so say professional public service!!

i get a taxi from you almost every day too and from work.
i booked a taxi yesterday to pick me up this morning at 8:15. i don’t start work until 9, normally this is fine. i take pride in ALWAYS tipping. they almost always come late but that’s understandable at busy times.
this morning one didn’t arrive. i called and got told it’ll be 6 minutes. then called and it would be 20. then called and told AN HOUR TO AN HOUR AND A HALF.
completely ridiculous. and now i’m late for work.
