i order shawarma. once i received, i found it was not like a shawarma which is sold in every cafe and restaurant. i check inside shawarma and found the chicken was lumps and round which was like a boil chicken. No taste, No fresh, Not as per our expectations.Overall, bad experience ever!!! No rating at all

Such a terrible attitude from the person who took phone. I was calling the 10th time and finally someone took the phone. He was speaking to someone for 1min keeping my line in hold before even greeting me. And then he is speaking arrogantly to take my order and saying that he is busy.

If you don't have patience enough to take an order shut it and go back home.

I have been ordering food from this restaurant lately and unfortunately the delivery rider will take ages to come with the food,the restaurant is just 1.4km to where i work.
I ordered food yesterday and they said that it'll take 45mins to come,about an hour later when i tried to make a follow-up they told me that i didn't order anything and i have to reordered the food ????

Very Bad service that has been experienced.. I ordered food and it got delay by 1 hour and i ask them and they are not replying and there is any answer from their side... It makes a customer to feel very bad..2. 5 hr i am waiting for the food and Now also did nt get.. Very bad service

I was ordrng food daily atlst twice per day n everytime they deliver wrong ordr also they dnt knw how to talk instead of apology they talk rude. Just for simple ordr also they take more then 1hour n if you complain they will shout and tell dnt ordr from next time..low grade service never recommend????????????????????????

I have been ordering food. From this restaurant since one year. Only because of taste .they always send mes wrong item and. Also it's takes 1hour to reach my location the restaurant is is just 1km from my location.and the person who takes my order from what's up is totally. Rude I don't know he was drunk or what give me. Wrong order and extra charges bad staff
Food taste is mashallah.
I don't recommend this place only because of staff. And deliver issues nearly 20+ orders I get wrong in a week. I order. Like 10 to 15 in that 8 will be wrong orders

Food is good, but takes so much time to deliver. Also they always mistakenly deliver other places. Replace the guy who manage WhatsApp.

They told me 30 mins for Delivery only, so I waited 1 h and 40 mins and they did not delivered it at all. I called them but they were not even answering my calls.
I had to make another order from another restaurant.
