Worst customer service ever. no one at the weighing station when you need. Had to weigh on my own veggies couple of times and one time some obese salesman came to me and was so rude to me saying "NOT ALLOWED" ( to weigh goods on my own ) and when i said nobody was around, he jumped at me with a rude face. Very unprofessional team. Both ladies at the cashier are so rude and unsupportive.

They say minimum delivery is 25 and the milk or dairy products they sell spoils within a day.

The cashier was so rude and liar same with his manager. I purchased one item and the cashier forcing me to pay using my card, he’s saying they don’t have a changes my money is only hundred dirhams I understand if my money is thousand. But then again what ever the amount of my money they should make a way, that kind of service they provide to the customer? I insist to buy my item with hundred dirhams but still the cashier actions was very unprofessional and the way he talk its really rude. Then i found out they have a lot of changes in his cash drawer. In reading the owner of new era you will tolerate those actions comes from your very unprofessional staff.? I was really disappointed !!! I want you to know there a lot of groceries around dubai not only you..if you will tolerate those kind of staff i don’t know what will happened to your business..if you can call me that would be great i gonna keep my receipt Once you call me and you can easily identify those cashier and manager!!!!! They bring your business down don’t keep people like them!!!!!

Worst services. They dont want to deliver untill unless that is more then 25 Dirhams.
I ordered more then 15 Dirhams. And they declined stating that minimum order is 25 Dirham.

My building is not too far from their store. Not more then three building space.

Everyday im coming to buy goods for this branch , but the man cashier is rude everytime i buy he will ask you if you will put in the plastic and i said yes , he will leave your item he will wait you to assist yourself ? this is the way to teach your staff to assist ? i try to buy in other shop they doing very well only this shop , and if you will complain to him he will be the one who will get angry and starting talk to his own language ? try to give warning or punishment to your staff then they will learn , or warning them ! this is the branch in Al Jazeera building in Al rigga
