Yesterday I bought a perfume and dint notice that the bottle was almost empty and I call in the afternoon if I can go and change it but the problem was the cashier dint give me my receipt. I told them that they can check in the camera. But dint do anything. I ask the cashier if I can talk to the manager but the manger refused to talk and hear him that saying to the girl that i already told you that we can't replace it. I was very disappointed with the manager behavior.

This evening I had a bad experience in New Era supermarket Al Diyafah,The Guy cashier wearing eyeglasses so disrespectful,First time I experienced that kind of attitude.Please advice your staff to be friendly and how to organize customer, " First Come,First Served basis"

Day to day items offers are good,at times.But the store do get crowded and the entry and exit is too small.As the cash counter is on both the sides towards the exit.Need to make changes for the safety of Covid-19.

Its a one stop shop for regular home cooking stuffs .Fruits and vegetables are also available .However , its no spacious enough for us to shop .This things are very normal price and fresh .

This staff is very good ,they are so accommodating . However ,its no spacious enough for us to shop .A section for non Muslim foods is there . Fruits and vegetables are also available .
