One of the worst cashier probably from India kerela ,I ask for the pkt of cigarettes he ask me for change then he ask for the card I said I only have cash then he open the cashier drawer I have seen he has enough change for 100 dh but he didn’t sell it ,
He said he won’t deal other coustomer if he will give me the change
I think it is very unprofessional way to deal with the coustomer ,I park my car and walk all the way to buy something but I think change is not a option to refuse the coustomer

Very low customer service via delivery, rude and ignore messages after reading only to reply one hour after, and when the delivery is brought after 2hours its never the complete order, empty orders wthout nylon bag. Same goes to 5days ago i bought a charger from them, was'nt working so i asked for return and they bruntly refused to even changed it jusy few minutes after buying

Visited to get sweets to bring back home.

Price was wrong at the tills. Staff reluctant to listen so we had to physically walk to the area a show them the error.
Loads of items and great choice of items but the customer service is lacking.
