I am regular customer , was visiting this gym 2 years ago , and now I came back . Always I’m coming 5 am. That’s why I Choose that gym. Last two times , trainer is late ! More than half an hour I am waiting in lobby! Owner please take action! I am suggesting this place for my friends , and what I will tell them after?

Great atmosphere, has all necessary equipment for a through workout, the staffs are friendly. They got some amazing new offers.

I'd rate it with 3+. Equipment is enough to have a good work out, but it is not the latest.
Make sure you take your own towel.
Tends to have problems with AC.
Staff is super nice and very sincere.
Price is average for the area.
You can pause membership only for 3+ months subscription.

Personally, I think it's a great place to gym. The gym has everything you need to exercise. It's small but packed with machines. If you're a person that just wants to work out without all the distractions that exist in fancier gyms, then this is your place. Great staff. Bring your own water.

Very bad gym and even worse customer service...the non qualified employees are rude and useless...the gym is a mess weights all over the floor and no one to rerack them and when we ask for support they reply 'it's not my job...' the management rotates the non qualified employees by other gyms of the company and they leave the gym for periods of 1h or more and when we pay the membership we ask for the receipt and they never give and later when other non qualified employees come they ask for the membership of the last 6 months and they accuse you of not paying...at least 30 people that I know it happened this...toilets are broken and out of order, no toilet paper or sanitizers and on the sprays they put water...half of the machines are broken or out of service...cardio machines are a joke...only one treadmill works...very bad...honestly I don't know how these gyms are open...Dubái municipality should go there and check...but in JVC is like this in almost every gym but this one deserves an Oscar...of the worse gym that I ever saw open in a modern city...but the customer service is even worse...

Great gym and the personal trainers are some of the best in Dubai . If you are serious about getting into shape , you have to give these trainers a go!
Very affordable rates !

I came to register and start in this gym but waited for 20 min from the time gym was supposed to open, but no one showed up and all mobiles phones are off.
