DO NOT work with this company. They have did not complete the job we paid for and they have been promising the refund for the service they did not do for over two months. They do not answer phone calls, messages, nothing! - The services they completed were extremely late and we had to basically beg them to deliver the items - quality was average - not worth the hassle. Would not recommend to work with them ever!

It was a pleasant experience with New Luxury Furniture. From the purchasing of bed until the installation, they are very professional and even make sure that they dont leave mess at home.

We made a terrible decision to get our Sofa made from here .Very unprofessional and poor service and the end product is not worth it.They dint deliver what they promised.The manager is arrogant and very rude .After paying the advance they dont care about you and never answer to calls.Look for some other professional place .

I love my new sofa. The color of my choice from a wide variety at affordable price range. Custom made and delivered and assembled for me within their promised timings.
Super happy with their overall service and quality but I would like to highlight Mr Irfan. He provided an excellent customer service, with a super polite attitude, He is very professional and quickly replied my doubts throughout our interactions. Thank you team.

At first glance the sofa looks amazing. But like the other experiences once you have paid them customer service goes out the window. You will get threats if you report any problem with them. My sofa is like sitting on wood box asked them to fix once and it came back the same. The foam promised on the cushion is not even the same. Don’t waste your money with them.

Whilst the quality of the end product (upholstery change) was great, customer service went out the window the moment downpayment was paid. On the day of the agreed delivery (7 days after pick up!!), the agent told me the sofa will be delivered sometime in the afternoon as the work just started. At 9pm we were still told that the sofa will be delivered that day but it wasn’t finished. The agent did not want to accept any responsibility for the delay, informing me that if I’m not happy with the service, the sofa will be returned in the original state and I will be charged for fabric wastage and pick up and delivery charges. He informed me that there will be no discount as a result of any inconvenience caused by the delay.

The work done once the sofa arrived the day later is great. So if you are happy to accept delays and bad customer service in exchange for good work, this is a good place to come!
