Pathetic service. Liars. Thief. Will take money but will not give the food which is promised and when you address the issue, they say contact Noon and take refund we’ll not do anything in the matter. These are the words used by 2 of the employees working over there names are “RAVI” and “Shahruk”. we have whole recording of the conversation which we have had with them stating that they have no fear of reviews. We were not even asking for the refund, just asking for the things which were missed in the order, but they were saying we cannot deliver adjust in next order. They have no value of the customer what so ever. In first they fake promised regarding the missed item that they’ll gonna send it and after an hour when we contacted they were saying they cannot deliver the item. They haven’t updated us or anything and did whatever they wished.
Worst people , Pathetic staff, Worst Customer dealing!

Totally unprofessional staff, especially Ravi and Shahrukh, they literally rash talk with the customer on the phone. Incomplete order delivered. I would not recommend anyone to order or dine in in this pathetic restraunt. Further, i will also file a complaint against them. I will visit their facility today in person and will also let every customer in the restraunt listen to the call recording. They don't care about the review, as mentioned by Ravi and Shahrukh. Simply stealing people's money and in return do rash talks and mistreating with the client. Guys who so ever is reading this never go the restraunt as they have unprofessional staff. Further, I will ask all my colleagues,friends, and family in Dubai to post review whare my experience therlse people are simply rude liars and utmost unprofessional . RAVI (NEPALI) AND SHAHRUKH.

This is totally unacceptable I heard the entire conversation their staff had with my colleague.. No one should ever come across such unacceptable and rude customer service behavior.

Never go there or order from this restaurant guys.

Real taste of North Indian food, daal makhni, tandoori chicken, garlic naan, butter milk, just amazing. Combination of reasonable price and good quality food.
Seating space is less, they should increase it.

Ordered non veg thali and it was worst I wuld say not eatable for human. Chicken was raw and had weird smell I totally lost my apetite becoz of smell. Ir was just waste of money and time instead I shuld have eaten bread butter rather than ordering food from here.

Food ordered was pathetic and worst interns of taste and quantity.
Ordered chicken seekh filled with cheese and received seekh some cheese speeded on it. Chicken tandoori was so dried and worst taste. I will never advise to opt this restaurant.
