I used to always buy phone from this shop. Recently i had to change the i iphones se battery because it started to get slow. So i went to this store as i had a trust in him and once i got it replaced my phones display was damaged it had a slight yellow line and i took it back to shop he said he will try fixing and without informing he changed the display which was of course a low quality one and asked me to pay for it too blaming the screen was damaged earlier itself.
I wouldn't recommend any kind of service of phone from this store

Bought an iphone XS 256gb from this place. When my son turned it on in the UK, THE IMEI had been blacklisted as a stolen phone.
It was declared stolen 3 days after I purchased from here, not an honest place to buy from especially if has a UK plug.
Have written proof from O2 where the phone was declared stolen and had to make a report to the Metropolitan Police.
Save yourself the headache and AVOID THIS PLACE as not here to write anything false but to ensure others don’t have a similar experience of being conned!

Extremely rude customer experience . Before entering the shop the owner asked me to get out just because I open the door wrongly . I have never seen this type of attitude in any shop in dubai from the last 20 years I have visited
