I was referred by a friend for electronics and the shop owner Ismail was very friendly. Over and above the electronics, I decided to buy a few perfumes. However, I was charged more than double for Lattafa and Afnan perfumes. Since these are local perfumes and I didn’t have a point of reference on the price, I trusted the shopkeeper and paid the price. On learning about the real price, we called him and he said the rates we saw online are for fake perfumes. It’s only after checking the websites of both brands, we tried to reach out to him again but he has since been unresponsive. I am willing to take this review down if I get a resolution.

This was referred by friend and really they have ample of varieties of perfume and bags and watches. We really was happy to see lot of designs. Owner and staff was very helpful. It’s very easily accessible in market area.

I suspect understaffed but doesn't excuse the appalling pool of cars. We had 4 different cars over a 3 months hire due to breakdowns and faults. Extremely random fleet made up of a mish mash of makes and models. Thankfully we weren't paying the bill.
Complaints to Customer services went unanswered.

I currently have a van on hire which has no brakes. I called Friday and was informed that there was nothing wrong, they could not help. Please look at the MOT FAILURE certificate I had done today which says it is DANGEROUS DO NOT DRIVE. Thanks to AVIVA insurance for arranging this wonderful little van for us.
I called today Enterprise HQ today, and they say the Dereham branch is too busy to call me until later. Wow.
AVIVA said they were “sorry the van wasn’t satisfactory”.
It’s now been towed away on a transporter and we have a new van. Thanks. But I suggest you check your vehicle very closely!!!
Update: The manager at Dereham apologised in person at our offices. Thank you.

Due to circumstances hired a van from Enterprise to get home excellent service and no task to small a pat on the back to Piers very professional and helped the process along nicely. Top marks all round..

Complete thieves who will fabricate "damage" to their hire cars in order to steal money from people's accounts.
They *tried* to steal £250 from my partner, but didn't (and won't) succeed.
Be very careful with crooks such as this.

On Tuesday the 3rd January I was taken care by the team at Enterprise in Dereham. Sam organised the handing over of the vehicle that I chose and gave me all the information required for me to carry out my journey successfully. On the return back I met Piers on the handover of the Van. Excellent guys and very knowledgeable 2nd to none Customer service I would highly recommend them.

I’ve been trying for half an hour to contact the Dereham branch without success. They either don’t answer the phone or if I try another option someone answers remotely and advises to choose the option which again and again doesn’t respond. Someone’s supposed to pick me up at nine and it’s now 9.45 am. Shocking service, very poor telephone automation and not in any would I use them again. Paul Thomas
