Pretty much a standard store. You can get most groceries here including phone accessories, toiletries, and some electronics. Good place to shop.

Male cashier in the morning (west zone al fahidi) kinda rude this april 15. I hope all staff should be trained to work with a smile and hospitality no matter what nationality the customer is.

Useless place and useless staff. The female cashier name maya didnt ask me if i want to carry-bag and asked me to leave the supermarket, seems like she is fedup of her job and not interested in it. She was also not wearing her face mask along with supermarket supervisor rafik who was also not wearing face-mask saying that he was drinking tea and roaming around inside the supermarket. Neither are they stopping people from entering who are not wearing face masks, all they want is money, no matter if they died of covid or customers, bravo.

You guys are lucky that the minimum is 1 star rating and not negative rating.

Unhygienic and dirty place as well.

Great collection of your daily need products. They are quick in delivery and hygiene is maintained. Need to add some more variety in bakery collection. They hv credit card facilities at store but should start for delivery too. That will increase the sales foresure.

RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT AL-BARSHA by VIML!

Went to order a bottle of water to deliver at my place, but met a very rude customer service from the employee, who introduced himself as Viml.
I used to buy all of my groceries and order water from this place and it is used to be my favorite in the neighborhood, but today the guy just killed the whole joy of buying there.
Issue: I asked the water to be delivered at my place but he refused asking to buy more on top of the sum to make it 45 AED. I explained myself and told – I need water only at right that moment – but he kept refusing without trying to understand my need, and forcefully kept demanding me to buy more. Funny enough for more than a month I used to order water over a phone or at the store but he suddenly made a new rule, a very inconvenient one.

When I asked to talk to manager he tried to make a way out of the conversation and hesitated to spell out his own and manager's name. It took forever to get manager's name and number.

Unsatisfied, I had to write here, to you guys. Hopefully, you can fix the bad temper of Viml. Viml just ruins the whole image of the company turning the experience of buying into nightmare.

Worst supermarket.They cheat with the prices .I got 2 corn for 8dhs which was rotten and the price tags keep changing according to the sales person wish .When I bought a star fruit tagged 7 dhs as soon as I got to the counter the sales guy immediately changed and charged 14dhs .Such an open cheating seen in the store .Would never recommend anyone to buy stuffs there ol be careful with the prices and items anytime it can change .Such a disorganized management

I just wanted to raise my feedback , im a regular costumer but one day while doing my grocery I noticed that , they are serving expired items already, good thing we have checked the expiry date and didnt buy the said item. It was the marinated milkfish by the way, so for the sake of consumers health kindly double check the items before putting in shelves. Thanks

I went here in 1992. It was a good school then. The headmasters’ log was very old and had beautiful handwriting from the distant past.
