Very friendly and helpful staff. Whenever I can't find anything or they're out of it they always offer me replacements and explain what's good and what's betrer. I like shopping there because of them.

I called them today because we got a West Zone delivery by mistake and my nanny, who assumed I ordered it online, paid for it using the card I left for her.

I spoke to someone who then gave the phone to a Filipino whose name was Chris/Kris (my kabayan) so we could communicate better. I was calm when I spoke and explained the situation because I know it was my nanny's mistake to assume that I ordered it. I asked for a refund because my card was already charged.

Then I heard another Filipino guy, who I wasn't talking to, say mean side comments, such as "Why did she pay if she didn't order?" "Bakit kasi nya binayaran if hindi naman sya nag order?"

THIS GUY DID NOT EVEN KNOW THE WHOLE STORY. I AM IN THE OFFICE THE WHOLE DAY, SO I HAVE NO CONTROL OVER WHAT GOES ON AT HOME. MY NANNY MADE A MISTAKE, YES, THAT'S WHY I CALMLY TALKED TO THEM AND ASKED FOR THE ORDER TO BE TAKEN BACK AND FOR THE CHARGE TO BE REFUNDED TO MY CARD.

That Filipino guy was so unnecessarily mean and judgmental and severely lacking in customer service.

West Zone, you need to train your staff better!!! Yes, you're not big like Carrefour, Lulu or such but you are still expected to provide good customer service.

They have the worst service, every time i request delivery in the same area they said you should order more than 20aed and now they increase to 30aed, how they put this rule and they have delivery services??? Is this legal????

The entrance remains smelly, especially where the ATM machine is installed, that square needs some vent repair or redirection of air outflow.
