I was trying to purchase some ice cubes, but I didn’t have cash on me. Cashier refused to do the cash out. because as per her, she want me to have minimum five dirham worth of goods to use my card. (MushKanth is her name as she told me) I can’t believe these poor standards are coming from the management of west zone. Customer rights department should be informed about this. No one is crazy enough to walk to west zone and walk back to home with nothing. Wasting customers time, and effort, and violating customer rights, management might reconsider about their standards. It’s not just about “Ice Cubes” it’s about the “respect”

Shop for less...buy your food and other home essentials at a very friendly price.

Much more they usually offer variety of items on sale which saves you a lot more.

Monday 9:30pm March 6, 2023. Im asking the lady in the counter with eye glasses about the 10pils remaining in my change since everyday she is not giving me the remaining 10-20pils. After that all the staff in the counter just laughed at me. Its a very poor professionalism. I feel awkward to come again.

They have attached wrong price tags for display and billed another amount in billing when we questioned them they are saying silly reasons like items are different and offers items complted

Usually I ordered from Westzone my weekly grocery I was aware about that app is not working properly since more than 5 month then I went to supermarket and taken their Whatsaap number to order my stuff but last 2 to 3 time order was getting delay I just ignore may be they are busy but yesterday they didn’t received a call I was just waiting for their reply so that I will not place on others app suddenly I saw it’s more 1 hr they didn’t reply when I given a call again to supermarket then person telling me to order from app then you will get on time I agreed again I ignored them. Today again I tried to order from app it’s still having same issue not showing pay option I have attached both the screenshot unexpected experience

They don’t want to take order on call or Whatsaap even they don’t want to fix their problem

I saw one tall guy inside bakery putting tobacco inside his teeth with his hand n he didn't even wash very very dirty service
