Poor Customer Service. me and my friend bought some groceries from this store on 13 april evening. we have choosed to buy 15 items and went to counter for payment and scanning. Once scanning and payment is dont at counter there was An philipines lady i dont know by mistake maybe she scanned an extra item tht was there at counter before we went to counter ' she scanned and charged us for that. once we saw item after oayment same time we asked her to remove this item and give us refund for that because we disnt bring tht to counter and sont want to buy. she called security and security said i'll bring u to manager and explain to them why u want to return this item. instead of manager he bring us to a guy who was speaking nepali language with security guy who is selling watches and changing battries and said this guy will refund you. then we told them we want refund for this item and we explain to him he said, how come this item comes to your bucket automatically now if u dont want this item you have to take other item with same price. i ask him why would i take unwanted item instead of my money. when i insist then they called manager the he ask again explaination and then phone number and after that he refund money which was only 23.75 aed. and wasted our 30 mins extra. They ahould have some basic customer service training.

they have lots of selections And the price is cheaper than other shop Its amazing That i got a nescafe Special coffee for just 10 dhs was the original price is 35 dhs when i checked on amazon. amazing ! they are operating 24 hrs.
