Good store, very bad staff. I had underwhelming experience with one Ms. Deeksha on the cash counter. Surprisingly such unprofessionalism exists in today's competitive world.

I actually work for the company here in the UK and was thinking of relocating to live in Dubai I would love to obviously work in my own home company if so but need so much more information how to do that!

I have worked many sales and love that the company are vibrant and alway eager to help customers as I myself like to work!!

We went to the store to get some baby clothes on the 22nd July around 2.40pm. The staff who was there was not even acknowledging the fact that we were there as clients. Totally dismissive, not focused and she was even fixing the items on display as she was trying to explain which is rude. She wasn't bothered about us buying from the store or not. I have always liked Next as a brand and the brand itself stood out for the quality of the clothes and in excellent customer service. Imagine being treated like this when you are in need of some items from the store and a single staff member shows you the door just like that. No enquiries were made, no greetings, no suggestions for the alternative products or even directing us to the online platform etc. We end up taking the next escalator closer to the store as the service wasn't just acceptable!
