Just order fish biryani & it was the worst one which i ever had in Dubai

The rice was some kind of pulao rice and the fish was fried like few days back (it was rock hard tasted extremely bad)

Had to order and wait for 30mints for such a food

Stay away from here

Price : Not worth a single penny
Staff : friendly
Food : taste was extremely bad

I ordered avocado Juice asked without sugar but full sugar and shawarma plate it boiled chicken then it mostly makes drying then delivered
To me don’t have shawarma tasted I am very sad that food so take away should check after pay and take away think everything about? ???? Not good ????

Very bad food, I have ordered feied chicken 4 meals. I received old food, unfresh, refried, poor taste. Totally waste of money. Don't waste your money there.

Went to have charcoal chicken. The outside was very nice to see. But the inside was not cooked and had blood inside. Couldn't eat, so told them to cook it and give. They took it inside and gave it after 5 minutes and I am not sure if the chicken is cooked or not. Anyway I told them to give me extra garlic sauce. They gave it and charged me. First of all they gave me totally uncooked meat then charging me for garlic was utterly gross. They were worried about charging me money for garlic sauce not customer happiness for their fault.

I have been their customer from past 5 years. I love their chicken charcoal a lot and always order that from them. But from past 1 year their quality of the food has dropped severely. Especially the kuboos and hummus served with the chicken are not fresh and they taste pathetic.

Im very much disappointed with their service and also the way they make fool to their customer. Two days before I ordered strawberry milkshake and you know what they have done,they just made the juice with strawberry ice cream and milk there was not a single strawberry in it and the price was 12 aed and took more than half and hour to just make that milkshake, and when I call them and ask they are telling milkshake we made with ice cream and milk so what is the use of fresh fruit which they kept it's just for a show?, why we people are going to drink fresh fruit juices from restaurant and cafeteria ? If we need only ice cream and milk we can make it at home also. The same thing when I ordered one week before chikku milkshake that was very nice with nice chikku in it ,so why at that time they did not mix only chikku ice cream and milk if they are telling milkshake we make with only ice cream and milk? I was their regular customer sorry to say but now im really disappointed with their work.

Have tried quite a few juices from this cafeteria. Custard apple and chikoo being my favourite. Home delivery available.
