I tried them few times, even if u live 2 mins walking distance it can take them more than an hour for delivery.
No need to follow up on the phone, bcz whoever saneesh or any other person will tell u always 5 mins , standard reply: 5 mins , call after half an hour, he will say 5 mins,
They dont respect people time
Worst part you can order whatever you want on the phone, then they will deliver what they have (bcz they dont have everything ) and u will only know that ur required products are not available only after one hour delivery.

When i asked the cashier y it is expensive he said its JLT rent is high... What an excuse. New management they shoulg train the staff.

also how many times i order and they either forgot an oreer or left it. i would understand if i order too much bit for like 5 items is thay so confusing? and you just dont care at all! instead of apologizing properly and sending the item, all you say sorry he left it. the end!!! do your job!
