The worst hotel ever. Wouldn’t stay there even if it was for free.
The cleanness is so poor. Once I checked in i found cockroaches on the bed, floor and bathroom. It took them 45 to clean the new room!! Can you imagine them asking me for a tip!!

This review is for the Nihal resturant only. The food is absolutely amazing. Must try their Chinese dishes and stuffed Kulcha. It’s a good place for a weekend afternoon to dine and pay less.

Not bad but for the asking price, not good enough I'm afraid.
Around 200 aed is the asking price.
I stayed for 7 nights (5 in one room on the 7th floor and 2 in another on the 6th - I was forced to move due to a smoke alarm beeping in the next room which couldn't be resolved until the next morning.)

Some grievances I have are:
- windows are single glazed and thus lots of noise outside
- lifts pinging constantly so noise coming through a lot
- the odd cockroaches lurking around
- Towels not the cleanest
- Bathroom (in the new room) needs updating e.g. very old tiles.
- Fridge was making disturbing clicking sounds (again, needs updating).
- Indian lady at the front desk was incredibly rude, although other Male staff were respectful.

Overall, it may be 3 star advertised but a lot more is expected.

HORRIBLE!!! We had to find another hotel just stayed for 10min and checked out...A normal factory workers accomodation/Room is 100 times better than nihal room.

Stay was really disappointing. We booked 2 rooms for 5 days. Everyday we had to call and ask to get the simple things done such as bringing water bottles, tea bags etc. Front desk was not cooperative at all. Not a good location to have. Bathrooms are flooded everytime you take a wash or bath. Minor staff was friendly and the airport pick up and drop off driver was cooperative.

Was checked in 5th nov.22 late night with my friend. There was two Receptionist agent they doesn't know how talk with guest and the way they Greet us we are like just staying like without paying. About the visitor policy I was in the lobby to many people taking visitors to the room but I cant take one of cousin brother to the room. There is no proper hospitality services and the service from Receptionist zero. And the bathroom and the mini bar looks super dirty. We hated our stay.
