Posted 2 parcels here start of the week both 1st class signed for and neither of the tracking has moved... I can understand one but 2 parcels missing in 2 days...

The chaps that work in here as always so helpful and friendly. I'm in here regularly sending parcels and am always greeted with a smile. I've also seen people getting really angry and rude in the queue and they handle it with a calm head and a smile. Thank you guys, I'm a big fan

Use regularly, Much better with new owners, friendly service, quick in and out
queues are shorter and served quickly.

I have always found the staff very helpful. I wonder if it's a cultural misunderstanding when people find him to be rude, he can come across as blunt but isn't being unkind in my opinion! Staff have always been kind and helpful in my experience I.e. he once helped me repackage something to lessen the weight to make the postage cost far cheaper!

Really helpful. Open very convenient hours. Excellent prices, we buy all of our cleaning products and necessities there which has proved cheaper than larger stores. Friendly service and very helpful staff who have stocked things as we've asked. A huge improvement to the previous owners.

Hi this is best postoffice office in Tunbridge wells , they have good stationary stuff as well . That guys are really helpful. I love to pop in shop EOD. Thanks for excellent DPD SERVICE AS WELL ALSO.

Never open when its meant to be and can only agree with previous comments, the most unhelpful and rude individuals work behind the counter (the fella shouldn't be allowed to interact with the public). Such a shame as the lady that used to work there when it was a actual post office was lovely.
