Expected engineer to come and fix oven prior to Easter holidays on 6th April. Had paid £232 for parts and labour on first visit one week earlier for this to be done and was told parts in stock. On 6th no one arrived and no explanation given. Very dissatisfied as no cooker for Easter holidays.

Excellent service. Stuart arrived on time. He was professional and courteous. He diagnosed the fault and made good the repair very efficiently . We would use him again.

No stars at all wd be my vote if it were an option as an appalling and unprofessional service. Engineer totally misdiagnosed fault and operational instructions and I ended up calling Samsung direct to repair fridge/freezer at further expense to me. No redress avaulable from company - they either ignore emails or are abusive when confronted. They may post their defence here as they tried to tell me their enigneer's report mirrored that of Samsung's - if that had been the case then why tell me there was nothing they could find wrong?! AVOID! Read other reviews before booking!

Really not happy with this company - When first posted my job which was a cooker hood which required a replacement fan/light button control panel I described the job in detail with make of hood and serial number and hoped the company would bring the spare part with them- One man attended spent 30 seconds looking at the part and asked for £74 call out fee. After many phone calls this company said that they couldn't get the replacement part. I looked on e bay which I wished I had done first -found the part and purchased it for £11.00 and fitted it in 2 minutes.
I would not have minded paying the call out fee if they had at least fixed the problem but to charge a pensioner £74 for a call out fee when they had all the details they needed to look for the part was terrible -I will not be contacting this company again.

Dishwasher repair - company charged £85 to visit my property, switch on the dishwasher for 10 minutes and advise that that the heater pump doesn't work without carrying out any further diagnostic checks - company were advised when making the appointment that the dishwasher wasn't heating the water so engineer didn't provide any further insight into the issue. Quoted additional £180 for a replacement pump, when carrying out a quick search I immediately found a genuine replacement heater pump for £90. On top of the £85 already paid to engineer to watch the dishwasher for 10 minutes, this firm has since quoted £90 to install a new dishwasher - I will not be using this company again.

Was dubious about using JJs when i looked at some of the reviews, however did use these guys and had excellent service. Sorted out our Range cooker, was on time, had spares on the van but also got additional item dropped off whilst still with us. Engineer was very personable and wouldn't hesitate in using this company again

Still waiting for repairs to my washing machine 8 days after the engineer assessed the problem. It needs a new filter and pump - I could get these genuine LG parts delivered next day from an online spares website - so what is the delay with a specialist repair company getting these parts???
Over two weeks without a washing machine is not good!
