The views over the golf course at night were amazing, but were ruined with the unrelenting assault of mosquitoes.
The food was great both from a taste and presentation perspective.
The waiters were friendly and courteous.

The chicken was the worst chicken I have ever eaten.
The quantity of food was pathetic. All four of us left the restaurant hungry although we paid 970 aed for the food.
I ordered a seabas, they served it as an extremely thin and small filet with NOTHING on the side but 4 (yes 4) shreds of a certain herb and 3 drops (tryst me drops) of sauce!!
I do not recommend at all!

Nineteen has been relaunched and Chef Alessio Pitzalis is the new star in town. Italian fine dining at its best. Nineteen is also a multiple award-winning restaurant and looks like they would win a few more in the near future. We would love to be back in daytime to capture the greenery!

What a nice huge and clean restaurant. The food was superb amazing. What ever we have ordered was perfect and top notch. Even they bake their bread in house and on spot. The chef Ismail visited our table to check if we were happy with the food served . That was a nice gesture from the chef . Definitely recommended

We order slow cooked baby chicken, it came skin and bones and was previously cooked and was obviously served from microwave

What's a nice place. Very beautiful view from tarries, good behaviour from waiters. Food service was very good.all the food was delicious. Waiters was Very friendly.

Very relaxing and chilled place for family dining, friends gathering or just couple's date. Lovely view when dining in Patio in winter time. Food quality always consistently high. All staff including chef are friendly. The compliment by action is we keep going there dozen times.

I have been suffering from cronic osteoarthritis in both knees and have been on long term sick for about 2 years. My experience of this Surgery has been nothing but positive. I have called and had the phone answered within a couple of minutes and found the staff to be both helpful and courteous. When I requested to see or speak with a GP that too has been arranged and actioned efficiently.They have also called me in for routine check ups and tests with the nursing staff, these too have proceeded smoothly. Whilst nothing is perfect I can only say that I feel fortunate to be receiving the care that this surgery provides me, thank you.

I haven’t given 5 stars because things have on occasion gone awry. The criticism of the receptionists seems a little unfair when you realise how many calls they take per day and how many difficult people they come across. It must feel like a thankless job sometimes. In my experience I have found them to be curt occasionally, but I don’t deny their efficiency. Martin in particular has been helpful and hasn't just ‘left’ things, he follows up. At the end of the day all you want is for people to just do their jobs and in my opinion that’s exactly what they do. So, in spite of all the criticism I say thank you because it doesn’t seem an easy job at all.

Im 100% confident that the owner of this surgery wants the uk population to decline and therefore makes it really effing hard for its parients to get appointments, get repeat prescriptions and employs the most rudest receptionists (not all, one is nice). The last receptionist made me think she is dead inside and clearly hoped I would die. Horrible surgey. Dr Kelly is ok though she did eff up my prescription so i nearly overdosed...i didnt have anxiety and depression until i joined this shitshow of a surgery but now I'm on citralpram.

Been trying daily for a gp appointment which is desperately needed and the issue is effecting everything I do.
Finally after trying for over a week to even get through, the receptionist can only offer me a appointment for 2 weeks time!! This isn't acceptable!!! If I could give 0 stars I would.

If I could give less than a 1 star I would.
Lack of help and response when needed.
Rude receptionists who consider themselves medically qualified to make a diagnosis. Cannot see a GP as everything appears to he done over the phone still.
Very unimpressed and will be moving somewhere else that actually cares

My mother has received the most shocking treatment here. Particularly by the receptionists who think they possess a medical degree. Awful surgery. Waiting over 2 weeks (from getting the results back) for a doctor to hopefully explain her blood test results to her. When she called to ask if she could make an appointment with a doctor (she’s been trying to make one for 2 weeks), the receptionist shouted at her and proceeded to explain the blood test results to her herself poorly and refused to schedule an appointment. Disgusting place where receptionists clearly have overinflated egos and wish to take power over vulnerable older women. Thankfully my mother has someone in the family who was able to read the results for her and put her immediate panic at rest but this isn’t the way it should be. I’ve never dealt with such rude staff before.

What a horrible surgery, I will be gladly leaving soon. For last 5 years I've never been seen on time, I've been treated rudely by reception, I ve been ask what I want them to do with an illness when I'm no doctor to know that.Today though they reached new level.

I tried to register my newborn with them as needed to be seen with infection and persistent jaundice. Sent all paperwork to email provided in the letter I received from them urgently to have my daughter seen asap. Asap was 2 days later, when I was promised a phone call in the morning and appointment later that day. They never called. When I called them, it turns out a person processed registration is on holiday and apparently they don't have cover, so my urgent paperwork is just sitting in their inbox.

When we were finally offered an appointment, we end up wanting for 40 min by consult room with no patient inside just for go to see us for 5 min and confirm our daughter is indeed jaundiced. Then asked to continue waiting in the waiting room until GP calls pediatritian- which took another 40 min, but we asked to be called by phone and left for home.
I don't understand why phone call wasn't a default option. I don't understand why we needed to wait 40 min in first place when go seen nobody else in the meantime. I don't understand how this practice can still function when nothing ever goes right there.

This surgery is the most useless GP surgery ever. Unsympathetic doctors, the receptionists act like they’ve done a degree in health. They want to know the in’s and out’s of everything. If you’re thinking of changing your GP to here then don’t. They are an absolute joke. No compassion, which is what good healthcare is supposed to have. USELESS!
