The spectacular view with an incredible menu selection and distinctive cocktails make the place a must visit for dinners and dates. The truffle lotus stem is a must try and so are the dumplings and salads. The portions are decent and may seem a bit pricey but totally worth the flavours and uniqueness.

Ambience is nice and view is good too. You can see the top gold view from this place. Food was okay in taste. The wok was little disappointing in taste for me. The portion seems little less.

Spiced drink is literally chilli powder on the room of the glass. Definitely they can go do better than this in drinks and wok. In all experience was okay. Staff is friendly and service was fine.

We had dinner at Nonya – it’s a Pan-Asian restaurant located on the 44th floor of the 5* Taj JLT Hotel, overlooking sweeping views of the city views – overlooking the Dubai Marina Buildings across the brightly lit Sheikh Zayed Road and the Emirates Golf Club on the other side.

We decided to go for a completely vegetarian fare for dinner. We were greeted and seated by Viola at a table with a view. Henny and Emadine (Ema) were super nice and very able to explain the menu options and helped us narrow down our choices. They were always checking up on us to see if we needed anything.
We had the
????Truffle Lotus Stem - Crispy lotus stem, black truffle, Szechuan pepper, chili sauce. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
A five on five
???? Mapo Tofu
Simply melt in the mouth tofu in szechuan chili bean paste with vegetables ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
????Hakka Noodles - wok fried noodles, mushroom, vegetables.

They have several elegant dining areas that can be booked for small groups and there was even an engagement party happening on the other end of the restaurant. Excellent service by Ema, Henny and Thet. Great food, amazing views and lovely service - we are definitely going back for more.

It’s a great experience. The ambiance is very welcoming and charming. Amazing food and service. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and Special thanks to Emadine, you can call her Ema. She can give you great food recommendation.

Atmosphere is nice, beautiful view, service was great, poor selection of non spicy food. Waitress and hostess was super friendly and helpful I would come back for mango sticky rice.

Nonya by Taj in Dubai is a foodie's dream come true! The flavors are out of this world, and the ambiance is cozy and inviting. From mouthwatering dishes to friendly staff, it's a culinary delight that will leave you craving for more. Highly recommended!

The best Hainanese chicken rice in Dubai ????
The chicken was so tender & yummy, and the soup and the rice were so simple but flavorful ???? I’d go back just for this dish!
All the staff there were very friendly and especially our main waiter - James was very kind and attentive and he really made us feel welcomed. He also took time in showing us the whole restaurant including the lounge room and private venue also telling us about different deals.
All the portion of each dish was a generous amount and great for sharing.
We tried the deep fried lotus stem from the appetizer. I loved the idea but I would personally prefer to have the sweet and sour sauce on the side instead and have just the truffle flavor on the lotus itself as the sauce was a bit overpowering.
The restaurant kindly arranged a nice chocolate cake to congratulate my friend for a celebration and that was a very nice touch.
I also loved the decoration of the restaurant especially the table settings with the retro style lights.
Looking forward to trying different dishes next time ???? Thank you very much for the beautiful experience!

Baby facilities are excellent, top floor of the mall. Currently doing it up so some shops closed but decent choice of shops at the moment. Some of the smaller, independent shops have had to close due to rent, which is a shame for small businesses. Car park is decent, easy to use as no barriers, drive in and pay by time traced through number plate. Market is good for many things, fruit and veg especially, and some interesting places to eat or have coffee.

Such a nice shopping centere inside walthamstow market. You have everything like asda, tkmaxx, jewelry, dress... And many more.

Located near Walthamstow Central Bus and Tube Station, this is a very small shopping centre that exits onto one of the largest outdoor markets in London. A few high street stores are located here, including Boots and Asda. Between the indoor and outdoor shopping areas, you can spend a few hours exploring. The bus terminal outside provides access to most of London and Waltham Forest, and the tube a direct link to Central London. A Travelodge Hotel is located right next to the station if you are planning on staying in the area.

Nice place to shop plenty of stores, The Mall here has seen much change over the years but now and again I'll find an excuse to wander round the very limited space. Some decent shops but for a Mall it isn't very large. Two floors but second floor is more of a veranda than a floor. Toilet facilities are satisfactory and plenty of parking space. Some notable shops within the Mall are Sports Direct, Asda and Shoe Locker etc...

The mall is clean, modern, and well-maintained. The selection of stores includes popular high street brands as well as independent boutiques, and there are also several cafes and restaurants for a quick bite or a leisurely meal. The mall is easily accessible by public transport, with several bus routes and a nearby train station. Overall, I would highly recommend a visit to 17 and Central for anyone looking for a convenient and enjoyable shopping experience in Walthamstow.

They have certainly updated this place since I was last here (20yrs ago lol) lots of shops & coffee places. Market still there but not as good as it use to be (in my opinion)
