The worst experience ever, I bought new phone and had major issues of overheating. It passed the refund time by 2 days and we submit for warranty claim, the team do not respond and can't answer any questions, no update, seller was not responding for a week, I explained I am leaving the country, I have not receive my phone back or they refunded the money or give me an update on what happened to the phone. I sent emails, calls explaining my situation and no one, no one did anything! The worst company by far and the worst experience.

Order Marked as Delivered, But Not Received

I am extremely disappointed with my recent order from Noon. Despite the order being marked as delivered, I have not received any of the items I ordered. This has caused inconvenience and frustration. I expect prompt resolution to this issue.

The system's false delivery status and lack of communication have been frustrating. I have reached out to customer support, but no resolution has been provided. This delay has inconvenienced me and wasted my time.

I request a swift resolution, either a refund or re-shipment of the order. Prompt action is expected. I hope Noon takes this complaint seriously and improves their customer service.

Dear Users of Noon, kindly requesting you to unsubscribe from this application hence your card details are not safe. I have raised plenty of complaints regarding membership which I have cancelled prior free trial (as I was not happy with the service I decided not to use their services) however they charge my card for no reason saying I unsubscribe again (even it has done by me I have not received any notification saying the same, I have received only that I cancelled membership and I won’t be charged) It was not first time this company charging me for no reason, when they asked to charge small amount just to secure the card while subscribing to the noon one membership, they are confirming that the charge will be reversed back immediately, However it is not true. It is fine if you charge this amount I don’t mind, but don’t lie to people saying it will be reversed back. It just doesn’t seem good from your side, as someone just taking money from your pocket without permission. So YOUR CARD DETAILS ARE NOT SAFE AND SECURE, be ready if they charge you for no reason without any notification. Customer care email and hot line sorry to say just useless - no skills to solve the complaints.

Noon it’s the worst online shopping experience and worst customer service ever. Recently I have ordered Apple Watch Nike SE and they have sent me the wrong order which is totally different color after taking money 1189AED. And I was out of the country and I couldn’t contact them right away but still I managed to contact one of the agent and I raised a complaint. The lady asked me 3 days that they will get back to me but problem was not solved I had to contact them again and again thru email and calls but every time it’s different agent And they are all like robots repeating the same that will call in 48 hrs , 48 hrs. Believe me it’s been already 3 weeks until now they are telling the same. I just simply asked ti return me the correct order which is I ordered but they rejected it saying it’s highlighted delayed. Which is I can’t understand what’s they’re customer service even after sending wrong orders still talking about their policies. And all of the agents really useless and I requested for a call from management but nothing until now. So again don’t ever trust this NOON and their service they are just cheating with the customers and money and wasting your time and money. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER AGAIN

SCAM ALERT
I purchased a new iPhone 14 Pro Max and was given a defective product.
I requested for a refund, but noon has been extremely unhelpful and disrespectful the whole time.
My phone was picked up TWICE, and the refund request was rejected TWICE stating there is no manufacturing defect even though the battery drains like no other iPhone I have ever used. I was told clearly the refund will be processed 100% as I did not want the phone to keep going back and forth.
I have been following up on this for two weeks now, every single day and they refuse to get somebody from escalation call me back; it’s really like stealing and running to a corner refusing to return my money.
When I finally received a call from escalation, the person that called me told me to accept the phone delivery when it is sent back as the refund was rejected by quality check and either raise another request and send the phone back for the THIRD time or go to apple, get documents stating the product is defective, take videos and photos of the issue and only then they can help before HANGING up the phone in my face. This is their customer service!
Noon is the worst company I have dealt with living in UAE my whole life. They will steal your money in broad daylight, lie to you and disrespect you in case of any problems. They are refusing to abide to their own policies which clearly state if there is a manufacturing defect in the product, Noon is liable to process the refund. Instead, my phone is going back and forth between Noon and myself. This company is running a major scam!
Please spend your money elsewhere and boycott Noon.
Best to order from Amazon, Noon is an absolute scam.

I wish there something lower than 1-star because Noon’s customer service is downright terrible. An Arab woman in their customer service team told me to be quiet and stop talking while I was in the middle of explaining the issue and giving feedback, and then hang up on you when they say they can’t help you because of a problem Noon themselves are partially responsible for. Get better staff, not just rude people who pretend to be professional while sitting around waiting for their wages and chasing more customers away!

I don't know what is happening with noon now their service is getting from bad to worse each day. I have ordered a small value item and they sent the wrong type as usual. I have simply asked them either to send the correct one or refund it. This issue was on for more than two weeks, exchange of emails and calls. Last week someone called asked me to send pictures of the wrongly delivered item and I did today they sent me their standard repeated email with the normal wordings and no actions. I urge all subscribers to leave noon and go to other e-supplires with a clear return & refund policy in their apps like Amazon even if they could be few dirhams more but at least they accept to return & refund the money without any questions and some time they tell me no need to return the product and they still they will refund it.

I tried noon shopping , noon food , noon everything .. and they all fail to meet basic customer expectations. Last time received a missing item + wrong sandwich in a simple meal.. chat support is there only to say sorry and end the communication.. then credit you 5AED as if you are begging to get what u paid for!
