Probably the best service provider in Albarsha for all IT related affairs.

The shop is so attractive & ideally location They have adorable collection of all mobile accessories, computer accessories etc. at a reasonable price. I often visit them for all my computer/mobile repairs & accessories. The entire team is committed to provide great service and are very friendly.

Strongly recommending to avail their services specially who live in Al Barsha Area

Rude member of staff named Ioana. I was at self service and required assistance from a staff member after five minutes she arrived and was condescending informing me that I need to wait for the machine (which was obvious) huffing at any question I had and looking overall looking displeased with the work. If you can’t work in service then dont.

I googled first, to check store, dog friendly, so l could bring my elderly, miniature Jack Russel with me, to return a parcel to the post office(on checking saying WHSmith dog friendly) However member of staff at post office counter, quite impatient and abrupt (tutting and sighing) told me dogs were not allowed.
I felt quite uncomfortable and left straight away.On my way out, l asked another member of staff, is it dog friendly here, she said yes, very confusing! Not a good experience, yesterday.
I normally go to the post office on Albany road, it’s dog friendly there and the staff are always lovely.

Worst post office ever! very unprofessional and unhelpful workers. They don’t care about their customers and does not show any interest to help them. Waited for 20 mins for anyone to come help me but it was im vain. They give you very little information about anything. It should be a very simple return process but with this service one takes forever. I did not even return my item at the end. Never go to this branch.

Shockingly dirty, especially around the upstairs windows. The place upstairs hasn't had a refurb in an aeon. Everything is ridiculously overpriced from the drinks to the stationery and books. Highly disappointing.

Arrived at store early morning :
Escalator has not worked for months
Lift needs clearer instructions.I went up one floor and lift indicated that i was on Floor 2
No staff in Book Department and self service till not working
Took purchase to ground floor and served myself.Saved £4????????
Returned home and looked online to find a cheaper peice for the same book....The Ballroom Blitz by Anton Du Beke
I get that staff can be on all.rotas etc but charging the customer extra for this nightmare experience is not for me
NB I am not a windbag. .take customer service seriously.I use to work in a 5 star hotel
Indeed when i ve had good servce, i have communicated this to WHSmith.
I m not sure if Andy got the thank you he deserved....too many tiers of management congratulating themselves?
If it s happening in Cardiff i m guessing that it s happening elsewhere
