Poor hospitality, I went there today, As a customer I waited 20 minutes to book food no waiters there. The manager doesn't even look. Food quality is also poor. I ordered a chicken fried rice. I have a very severe stomach ache

Poor customer service.Quantity of curry or gravy depends on your luck.Dont ask gravy more or for the second time,beacuse they are poor to serve the gravy even if you are ready to pay.Pathetic.Some waiters(especially short guy)are extremely good and they treat the customers as King.But rest of them are useless.They dont even know how to serve their customers.Quality of food average and taste somwhat okey.Dont expect consistency in both.Keep in mind that there are 3 or 4 restaurants in the same area.Prominant customers are waiting for good service and quality food.Big disappointment till now.Its an opportunity for good restaurant groups in Jabal ali.I swear.
