The receptionist is very helpful. And my e consult was responded to the same day. Much better experience than my previous doctors

Feel let down slightly. Appointment feels rushed barely five minutes not good when I'm cracking up

I feel very fortunate to have such a wonderful surgery , especially when I hear such horror stories from others . Both the reception staff , the doctors and not leaving out the lovely nurses are caring, considerate and efficient , not to leave out at times humorous which never goes amiss .

Visiting at HPB I have a problem with my mouth and gums. On the phone I was told to ring my own GP because they could 'do things with video'. Pointed out you can't put a phone in your mouth but she was determined not to help me. One star for answering phone. Couldn't get through to my doctor, let down by NHS.

We Love the staff at this surgery, everyone is especially helpful and caring. The nurses are just fantastic! I can't rate it enough

Staff are friendly - but - i dont appreciate coming in being signed in and not told theres a wait as if i know i may choose to wait in my car so i dont catch the flu from all the sick people its not the biggest room !
