Don't rent, They do not deserve even a 1 star
Bad maintenance, very bad service, many problems in this building.
Water cuts off in the entire building repeatedly due to the lack of periodic maintenance, and this has happened more than 10 times in less than a year.
There are many apartments empty because people are upset with this bad company. I wait impatiently for my contract to expire to move out from building.

Me and my husband moved in this apartment a month back and I would definitely not recommend you to stay here.

1. Maintainance is bad. The flat was dirty and cockroaches were all around inspite of pest done by them .

2. We got dewa bill of around 1700dhs for just 12 days of our stay here. Some of the tenants here are facing the same and are planning to move out.

Neither the manager nor the maintenance people have taken any action to solve the issue yet.

If you’re looking for bad maintenance and a real estate company that wants to increase the rent yearly, come here. Nevertheless, forget getting your deposit back.

The worst maintenance I have ever seen in this place , there’s very bad sewage smell inside the apartment as well as barking down stairs to the degree you can’t breathe. The company running the management of the building is the worst

The worst building I’ve ever stayed in. The maintenance is worse than sharjah buildings services.. The aspirating system is extremely bad all kinds of bad smells enter through slots. The toilets flushes systems are also broken since a month!! All these problems will probably cause diseases ! No one can even imagine a home without flush even for a single day. This is terrible.

They do not even deserve a 1 star but nothing is lower than this… most unprofessional real state company to deal with and most useless Maintinance

So far, nothing in Al Jadaf community has this kind of building in terms of unit Size, neighbors and view.
I am staying here for 3 years now.
My family loves here.
