Fresh parathas from a bakery, not frozen. Staff friendly, good toys and snack selection for kids. Tea seems popular as car always parked. Perfect addition to park, coming here 12 yrs.

At about 6:33pm I walked in and ordered a snack meal for it to be delivered to my location the staff did said I will have my food in 20 minutes from that time which it really came late and not completed so I call the shop, the staff said I will have it in 2 minutes I waited for upto 10 minutes and call again he said he is sending someone now.. but till now am still waiting.. it's really a pity for my first experience here.. my never returned.

A good place to have Karak chai after a good walk in the park! They also serve samosas and sandwiches to go with it.

As suggested by others, I had a taxi booked from the previous evening for 7am. By 7:15 I had received no call or taxi arriving. Upon ringing them up they said I would have no booking for at least another 30 minutes.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Booked a taxi a few days in advance for a wedding. They called a few hours before our scheduled collection to cancel claiming the cab had broken down and they had no other taxis in the area at all that night?! No offer or suggestion of where to get help elsewhere! Lucky for kind bar staff at our venue. Highly UNRECOMMENDED!!

Booked a return trip to Bristol a week in advance. They took us there no problem but 10 minutes before our agreed collection time, they rang to cancel our booking, leaving us stranded. Disgusting behaviour. Do not touch with a barge pole.

Very poor service. Booked a taxi for 2000 still nobody showing up at 2130. They kept on giving excuses like "I'll be 20 more minutes." Absolutely disgusting behaviour I wouldnt recommend booking with this service.
