Good beach and area.

Bit disappointed although it's still not quite summer it's only a day away from a bank holiday May day.
Very quiet & not much talent about, most Women were covered up in frumpy trousers and coats.
Must do better Lady's ????

Reasonably busy, stayed for 4 Hours.
Made a change not hear any Foreigners.
Few women in short skirts and strappy tops, but never got a glimpse of anything worthwhile.

The beach huts are all along the seafront and painted brightly in sea blues and greens. There is an abundance of atmosphere and worth owning one of these "huts" as a bolthole from busy crowded lives if only I could afford them. I liked the boardwalk or concrete walk overlooking a lapping brisk seafront. Throw some bread and a cacophony of seabirds are your friends. Reminds me of a fun-filled youth I had in America by the seashore. A great way to breathe fresh air and take a walk.

A fantastic find tucked away. Very clean beach, plenty of space and the toilets were so clean, I was pleasantly surprised. It is a pebble beach but we found some lovely clam shells and the water was gradual which was great for my 5 year old to paddle in.

If you fancy a nice long stroll then this is the place to head for. Southend sea front stretches from Shoebury all the way to Leigh- on-sea. On a nice sunny day it’s a wonderful walk looking across the Thames Estuary. Along the way you will walk past the longest pier in the world ???? wow! Finish off in Leigh for some fresh seafood and a nice cold pint ????????
