❌❌❌ Horrific. Hi-Sandy are the WORST management in Dubai. Say there is pest control but there are cockroaches every day. Now there are BED BUGS. Run away. DISASTER!!

If you are looking to rent in this building, directly walk to the building office.
DO NOT Waste your money by coming through an agent!
If you come with an agent not only you will pay that agent commission but again SBK will charge you AED 2k commission. Yes its double commission that you will end up paying.

I have an agent ( Named by Ashfag ) whom I am talking to about renting this Building. He is terribly liar, a scammer and his taking advantage of me. He knows that I am new in the Place. Literally in Dubai and his ripping me off.

Don't trust him. Anything he says!

I have nothing against the building or the management ONLY the AGENT!

The agency that rents gave me the highest price. He took advantage of the fact that I am new in Dubai and gave me the highest price, and there are repairs or do they do them at home and I advise no one to trust them
