Very friendly and fast customer service. Thanks to Grace and Sheriff in Reception and to Abdul from reservation and also to the housekeeping lady (forgot the name) and housekeeping Sandeep. Very accommodating, kind, humble and served with speed, accuracy and quality.

Throughout my stay, I was impressed by the level of service provided by the hotel staff. They were always available to answer any questions I had and went out of their way to ensure that I had everything I needed. The breakfast buffet was particularly noteworthy, offering a wide selection of delicious foods that catered to all tastes.
The hotel's location was also excellent, with easy access to public transportation and many of the city's top attractions. I was able to explore the city with ease and return to the comfort of my room each evening.
Overall, my experience at Novotel Hotel was exceptional, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay in the city.

All hotel area were very neat and clean. Housekeeping staff were also very excellent and quick specially Mr Sandeep Chaudhary. Breakfast was really amazing with maximum good varieties. We have enjoyed our vacation trip to the next level.
