It was very good value for money. I would like thank all staff, esp all the crew at breakfast for working so hard and special thanks to Usama from Housekeeping. Also like to mention reception, concierge and security staff for their hospitality and great care. Last but not the least, the pool guys for working so vigilantly in such hot weather. Really Kudos to all the loving hardworking staff. My respect for them ????

Danbar and Jackie from housekeeping were taking care of my room during my stay for 5 days. I can say exceptionally friendly staff and amazingly good at their job. Keep up the good work and looking forward until my next visit.

I am short of words to describe this property. So thought to share its pic & clip. I am very glad to been there. Every moment was memorable with class apart feeling.
Mr Zeeshan make my stay more memorable, he was one of my buddy during my stay, very friendly funny guy..
I am sure it's the best hotel to stay Dubai in al barsha

Jefferson and all of the staff are super friendly and make an effort to get to know the guests. Rooms are always very clean and are well appointed with everything you need, You actually feel like a local when staying there.

Fantastic stay. Centrally located with beautiful rooms. They provided us with a free room upgrade also. The breakfast buffet had a great spread with multiple options to choose from. The room service was good too and very courteous staff. Overall a very pleasant stay and an absolute delight to be choosing this one. Great going guys!!

Advantages: good value for money, near the metro, spacious room, comfortable bed, very kindly and welcoming staff. The housekeeping service is exceptional, thanks to Arjun. He is incredibly professional, polite and efficient in ensuring that my room is always clean and tidy.

Disadvantages: old and boring district, the laundry service is terrible and overpriced, the food for breakfast is always the same.

The food in the restaurant for lunch is quite specific, it would be nice if there were more European (or Russian ????) food. Anyway, the food in the hotel is better than in the nearest restaurants.

Stayed for 6 days in hotel for a Family trip, it was a great option to choose Novotel Suite which was reasonably priced.
Location: at the centre of Dubai and walking distance from Mall of Emirates and Metro station.
Many options for Indian Food nearby
Stay and Hospitality:: Room Service is exceptional , whole team is very welcoming and friendly.
Special thanks to Rana for helping me get acquainted here and for providing nice suggestions.
Thanks to the housekeeping and room service team supervisor Mukul and Harriet to keep the place nice, clean and comfortable.
Food:: option for breakfast buffet was good, various dishes and having sufficient options for Indian vegetarian dishes.
Overall a great value package adding to our memorable stay at Dubai.

We had a lovely stay at this property. Close to the metro 8 minutes walk and many restaurants to pick from around the hotel. Staff were very friendly and welcoming specially SARA who made our stay extra special. Mall of emirates is 7 minutes walk .
