Booked to be on time for a train and made that clear, called 7 times when they arrived late to no response. Would not recommend at all!

Sent incorrect invoices which didn’t add up to the prices agreed and asked multiple times for a breakdown and they just kept saying pay the invoice instead of showing me and didn’t have the staff to cover my agreed pickups so had to rely on other taxi companies who charged way more

Turned up 20 minutes late, no phone call, wouldn’t use them if you want to be on time for a meeting.

Great taxi firm. 100% reliable and good company too. Have used the for work and personal travel (including collecting the kids from school) for almost a decade and I can’t recommend them highly enough!

Terrible experience. Had to call three times to get a booking and then they didn’t show up. Left us stranded on the street in the middle of the night after a wedding trying to get a cab home. Do not use this cab company.

i was not happy today we booked a taxi for 8pm and it was late
also we had small dog and it did not the like going in boot of taxi
driver still not want dog behind his seat on floor but we we got him to change his mind as the driver saw us to make a call to the ladybird taxi
send another cab. its not the taxi company owner fault it when they have
it the staff on thats on shift that tell pet owner they wont dogs in there cars.
id would like to see more taxi women drivers to accept dogs in cars as well blind person with guide dogs get rid male taxi drivers that a dont listen and also dont speak good english

I would definitely recommend Ladybird Taxis. My husband uses them for airport runs, they have always been on time and were very helpful with my luggage when I was traveling alone.
