Very nice place. The facility is big, very well designed. The place luxury yet calming. I tried the 60 minute Swedish massage, which was amazing.I highly recommend to visit this spa.

Expensive,
Phone charges on the room like 1995,
False advertisements for spa prices and when you complete the spa massage they will charge you more.

Room is unclean during overnight stay and overall nonexistent service.

We had an excellent massage and a facial. It was so nice my friend fell asleep!

One of the most cleanest spas I’ve been to. Must try the Thermal Area - which is an affordable recuperation therapy.
Impressive sauna and steam rooms.
The most shocking was clothes dryer which was the most unique part of the spa.

We enjoyed the spa package experience. Its very luxury ambiance from the spa reception to the treatment room. We booked the couple room plus the private jacuzzi and its very beautiful, cozy and relaxing. Great staff and amazing spa services.????????

It was one of the amazing spa couple treatment ever from reception kenneth was welcoming to the the 2 lovely ladies pinky and anna amazing with their tender hands it felt like we went to both moon n earth back…definitely go back place anytime anywhere Hyatt regency is the place to be and Nysa is the place that all the spa treatment happens, birthday cake surprised was awesome….????????????????????????????????
