The worst cake i have ever tasted.
Not worth for the money. Providing different flavours is what they do to attract customers. But the taste is too bad. If you are planning to buy a cake for any of your joyful occasions then please don’t choose occasions(this shop).
Totally dissatisfied with the quality of the choco truffle cake.

Charged me more money for the bulk package wherein items in each box cost only 8 (10 with box cost). They charged 12 AED per box for 20 boxes stating it is for each item separate packing in a box while all items were put together in a box. It was like I paid more for buying in bulk as could have put on my own as well if bought all items separately.

Had ordered a Vanilla Marble cake with a custom floral design to match my daughter's birthday outfit .
The taste was outstanding the finish immaculate and was delivered at the time mentioned promptly.
Occassions never dissapoints us....always 10/10

I placed the order of the cake around 9:30 pm and it came before 10:30 pm. It was easy to deal with them.

Staffs are accommodating, from whatsapp conversation up until the delivery. It was hassle free.

The Cake was so good!????

I have had great experiences whenever I visit Occasions. Staff are very friendly, Cakes are awesome. Not just cakes everything in the shop. If I have any occasion at my house I prefer to go to Occasions.

We bought KitKat cake, the taste was so bad. Cake was not fresh as well .They have kept so many items,varieties in cake just to attract customers, but their quality is pathetic.I will never recommend this cake shop..

I have tried their chocolate and vanilla cake. Both were very yummy, soft and reasonable. They had perfect sugar balance and very light on stomach. My go to place for cakes. Packaging was also good. Staff is helpful.

Today infact just now I bought 2 pastries and I asked them to give one tiny candle which we’re lying infinitely in their drawer ,I also said that i will pay for it but still they weren’t courteous enuf to give it and refused to give during this holy ramadan month. Their one kind action would had brought smile in my kids face.I being their daily customer didn’t lik their this gesture.
